Job Description
The overall scope is to support RCM methodology implementation as per the
procedure requirement and to complete the bulk uploading activities of last projectoutcome in Meridium system. Following are the minimum technical requirements:
1. Knowledge in various Reliability Methods (RCM, FMECA, PMO, etc.).
2. Knowledge in various Reliability Analysis Techniques (Weibull analysis, Reliability growth, etc.).
3. Hands on working experience in Meridium software.
4. Minimum 5 years of industrial experience.
5. Analytical, methodical, chronological and open minded.
6. Leadership qualities and team building skills to drive and interact with people at all levels.
7. Self motivated and dynamic to ensure he focuses of reliability and not get drawn or sidelined into other plant / maintenance based issues.
8. Negotiations skills in order to be able to carry out his duties.
9. Good oral and written communication skills.
10. Solid RCM Methodology understanding
11. RCM Project application at least in two plants.
12. Fluency in spoken and written English
