Job Description
The overall scope is to determine the risk level associated with all process of RBI assets, component and related systems and implement proactive APM RBI methodology & Corrosion loop.
1. To carry out RBI reassessment for 637 Equipment and Piping with an estimated 1274 components / analysis
1.1. review existing RBI analysis data, validate data against engineering drawings and documents
1.2. to review all inspection reports related to RBI asset/components and update the assessment data
1.3. to prepare RBI criticality report and related reports for RBI workshop review with AR-RAZI team
1.4. to generate and consolidate RBI recommendations as SABIC/AR-RAZI guideline, and develop the RBI task lists to be updated to SAP
2. To carry out Review and Revalidation of RBI Corrosion Loops
2.1. To review and update AR-RAZI RBI Corrosion Loops based on Operational description, process trending, Inspection and failure history. Summary of plant and
number of corrosion loop is given below: -Plant no of Corrosion Loops Total 192
2.2. Propose additional damage mechanisms as applicable, and identify and suggest important Integrity Operating Window (IOW) parameters to be monitor
2.3. Develop RBI CL diagram based on markup PFD drawing*
2.4. Provide the linkage between RBI components and Corrosion Loop and update the GE APM system accordingly
